The club in conjunction with Dundalk Rugby Club hold a big fundraiser this Friday night May 19 when the Crowne Plaza Hotel is the venue for the ‘Night At The Casino’ at 8.15pm. Tickets are priced at €25 and can be obtained from committee members.

Our U13 team recorded a good league victory over St Fechins by 3-4 to 2-1 in Termonfeckin last Thursday night. In the U14 League this Tuesday night Moninne travel up to Collon to take on St Kevin’s/Mattock/Glen Emmets at 7.15pm.
On Thursday night May 18 our U10 team travel to take on Mattock/Glen Emmets in the league at 7.15pm.
Juvenile training continues at the Fairgreen on Saturday afternoons from 2pm to 3pm with the usual €2 contribution still applying.
Once again five Moninne boys were on the Louth U17 team that beat Meath ‘Kings’ in the Celtic Challenge by 4-8 to 3-9 last Wednesday night. They were Darren Geoghegan (0-1), Eoghan O Hora, Padraic Fallon (1-1), Ciaran McGlynn (0-1) and Ultan McEneaney (1-3). Louth take on Cavan in round 3 this Wednesday night at 7.30pm at a venue TBC.
