Our ladies had an unlucky loss at home to St. Fechins.

While our U8 Girls were in Tullyallen in their blitz some of the girls making their debut on the pitch, the U8 Boys went to St. fechins and our U11 Boys & girl headed to UCD for their tournament hosted by Kilmacud. It was a great day of football for all our players and a special note of thanks to all clubs that hosted us today especially Kilmacud Crokes GAA this was a great day out for our U11 team and the 2nd year we’ve been in attendance and a tournament our players look forward to each year.
And finally hard luck to Louth today.
Sat was a busy morning in the field with the weekly training for nursery and underage teams along with hosting matches against the Fechins and Naomh Mairtin to keep our girls from U10-U14 busy. Well done to all on a great morning of football and thanks to all the mentors for their constant efforts to develop our players.
Friday was busy for our U11’s and Senior men.
The Senior men headed to Monasterboice for their league encounter while back at the county grounds the U11s took on the O’Raghalligh’s in their fixture.
There was some great football on display by the U11’s as they warm up for their tournament on Sunday in UCD and after their match they rushed out the road to catch the 2nd half of the Senior men’s game that finished

Well done to the Minor Boys that had a good win in Tullyallen against the Glen Emmets in their League encounter on Thursday night. It was a Blues V Glen Emmets evening as our U12 Girls were also on stage before the Minors in their league match. The girls result didn’t go their way as we failed to capitalise on many scoring opportunities throughout the game.
The Minor game proved to be an exciting one with some great scores from both sides where the Blues stayed comfortably on top.

Earlier on in the week our U14 Girls were out in neighbouring Clogerhead for their league encounter on Monday night. This was a well contested match with plenty of scores. Despite a couple of late goal chances the Blues ladies finished short by 2points. Hard luck girls on a great match.

Wesnesday night was a great night for Blues teams as our U14 Boys started it off with a win over the Dreadnots in their league clash.

Our Senior Ladies were in Louth village taking on St. Mochtas while the Junior men hosted the Mairtins in their league matches.
Both teams finished on top by 4 points.
All in all a good day at the office.
