Lú All Stars – Team of the Week!

Here we have our Intermediate Football Team of the Week and ‘The Brew Crew Café’ Intermediate Football Player of the Week nominees!

The team this week sees all 6 clubs represented, breakdown as follows;

x4 Glen Emmets, x4 Mattock Rangers, x3 Stabannon Parnells, x2 Hunterstown Rovers, x1 Dundalk Young Irelands and x1 O’Raghallaighs.

Our three nominees for ‘The Brew Crew Café’ Intermediate Football Player of the Week are;

  • Cathal Fleming (Mattock Rangers): Fleming was simply outstanding from start to finish. He opened the scoring, hit a fabulous two-pointer that changed the momentum of the first half, and continued to torment the Kilkerley defence with his movement and accuracy. Always available, always dangerous, and with the vision to set up others.
  • Conor Grimes (Glen Emmets): His leadership, work rate and outrageous scoring, capped by an unforgettable wonder goal, once again proved the difference
  • Dylan Shevlin (Stabannon Parnells): Shevlin was at the heart of everything positive for Stabannon. His seven points came from a mixture of clever movement, crisp finishing, and intelligent decision-making. Always available for the pass and relentless in pressing the O’Raghallaighs defence, his performance epitomised Stabannon’s sharp, confident display.

As outlined, you can have your say on who should win by voting on our Instagram story poll, X Page and Facebook!
