Three Louth Footballers have been nominated for 2025 PWC All-Stars.

Ryan Burns, captain Sam Mulroy and 2024 All Star Craig Lennon have all been shortlisted for an award, following excellent seasons with Louth in 2025.

They are included on a 45-man shortlist that also includes ten players from Donegal, nine from Kerry, five from Armagh and Meath, three each from Monaghan, Louth and Galway, two from Tyrone and Dublin and one each from Mayo, Down and Derry.

Ryan Burns – Hunterstown Rovers

Ryan showed remarkable consistency throughout this year’s championship campaign where he led a potent Louth inside forward line. From his debut in 2014, Ryan has shown unwavering commitment to Louth and this award is deserved recognition for what was his finest year in the county colours.

Scoring stats:

1-4 v Laois

0-3 v Kildare

1-3 v Meath

0-5 v Monaghan

0-3 v Down

0-1 v Clare

0-4 v Donegal

Sam Mulroy – Naomh Mairtin

Sam has received his second All-Star Nomination after yet another remarkable season for our captain. His performance in the Leinster Final was one that will go down in Louth football history as he delivered that historic 2-pointer to send us towards the Delaney Cup. Alongside this, he has a catalogue of scores throughout our campaign and has been rewarded with his 2nd nomination.

Scoring stats:

Inj v Laois

0-7 v Kildare

1-7 v Meath

2-2 v Monaghan

0-12 v Down

1-6 v Clare

0-3 v Donegal

Craig Lennon – St Mochtas

Louth’s 2024 All-Star winner has received another All-Star nomination after his rise has continued. The St Mochtas man has made himself known on the national stage for his flying ability from wingback and his goal in the Leinster Final was easily a contender for Goal of the Season.

Louth GAA extends our warm congratulations to the three men and we hope we will see them on the stage at the awards night in the coming months!
